JOB TITLE:  Customer Service Representative 
BRANCH:  Enid Main Bank
HOURS:  Flexible hours (Monday – Sunday) 
JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for servicing customers in a competent, courteous, and concerned manner while resolving customer issues, account inquiries, and account maintenance which frequently involves some policy and procedure interpretation.  Strives to consistently meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.  The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years’ experience in banking and or customer service role. 

JOB TITLE:  Investment Advisors Specialist
BRANCH:  Enid Main Bank
HOURS:  8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday 
JOB SUMMARY:  Performs duties related to customer accounts and investment transactions.  This includes planning and preparing for daily activities, maintaining the calendar of appointments for Advisors and processing messages and reports from Investment Advisors.  Assists with review, preparation, and compilation by gathering selected facts, updating customer profile information, and assisting with analysis of accounts using the investment software.  Initiates monthly investment reviews for entire department.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong computer knowledge.      

JOB TITLE:  Loan Processor
BRANCH:  Enid Main Bank and/or Tulsa Branch
HOURS:  8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday 
JOB SUMMARY:  Prepares loan documentation for the Bank’s loan portfolio in accordance with Policies and Procedures, as well as State and Federal laws and regulations.  Reviews the Officer’s worksheet or Loan approval form to ensure that documents are properly prepared and completed.  Will also perform maintenance for all Stride Bank loan accounts.  Data entry accuracy is required with strong computer knowledge.
