JOB TITLE: Electronic Transaction Clerk

BRANCH: Broadway

HOURS: 8am - 5pm Monday- Friday 

JOB SUMMARY: Individual will be responsible for the compliance with Regulation E as associated with ATM cards, Debit cards, Payroll cards and Prepaid cards. Responsible for the reconciliation of all bank statements regarding the settlement of electronic transactions. Must have the ability to research disputes and to collect supporting documentation. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required. Data entry accuracy and the ability to orgamize and prioritize work to meet deadlines is also required. Knowledge of Word, Excel and other computer related skills. EOE/AA/Vet/Disability. 


JOB TITLE: Part-Time Customer Service Representative

BRANCH: Broadway

HOURS: Flexible 8am - 8pm (Monday- Saturday); 12pm - 6pm (Sunday)

JOB SUMMARY: Individual will assist customers with all questions concerning their accounts and prepaid cards. Maintain constant professional and friendly phone interaction with customers and exhibit self-confidence when dealing with customers. Must have the ability to understand various regulations affecting transactions. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of Word, Excel and other computer related skills.
